Location feels a bit trashy with nearby harassment from beggars and motorbike drivers. Rooms show signs of aging, with dated A/C and weak Wi-Fi. Water from the pipes can have an unpleasant smell, requiring a wait before use, and the restaurant often runs low on menu items.

The room was spacious, and having a kitchenette was really helpful for preparing meals. The bar out front, run by a lovely Dominican woman named Ramona, added a nice touch to our stay, offering a great spot to unwind. The location is a short walk from the beach and various attractions in Sosua, making exploring the area super easy. However, the noise from a nearby residency was quite disruptive at night, which affected our sleep.

The cleanliness of the pool area needs immediate attention!!! The shared balcony lacks secure locking and feels unsafe for the guests using it!!! The surrounding area looks unkempt with unpleasant odors!!! Drinks at the bar are overpriced compared to local options!!!

I had to struggle to open the sliding door to my balcony, how quaint! and the closed-in balcony means no refreshing pool view. Isn't customer service just charming, too? I expected better given the price, but here we are. Almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t muster it.
